The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Venue Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a motivated team
- Run daily operations with a focus on service standards and consistency
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences across all touchpoints
- Train and develop your team to grow confidence and capability
- Manage rosters, labour, and shift planning effectively
- Oversee stock control, ordering, and cost management
- Assist the Venue Manager with operational and financial outcomes
- Leadership experience in hospitality, QSR, or licensed venues
- A people-first leader with strong service standards and attention to detail
- Passionate about food, drinks, and creating memorable customer experiences
- Clear communicator with the ability to perform under pressure
