EL2 Hypercare Reporting, 12 month contract, $754.20 + super, flexible workingAbout the OrganisationBased within a Federal Government organisation putting stakeholders at the heart of their work, the organisational values reflect a passion and commitment to building a positive, stakeholder-centred culture.About the OpportunityThis role is a 12 month contract based opportunity with a high chance of renewal. A flexible, hybrid work environment ensures a great work-life balance - this is a Geelong based position and requires some time spent in office. This is a full time position open to Australian Citizens only.About the RoleThe Hypercare Team supports the national rollout of the new agency CRM. In addition, the team provide hypercare support for each major and BAU production release of the CRM.Requirements of the Role:Some of the requirements of the role include (but are not limited to):

Managing defect and bug fix cycles, collaborating with stakeholders to agree outcomes for prioritisation.
Supporting and leading multiple business areas in the hypercare process.
Leading analysis of listening and ticket data to identify themes and issues for prioritisation.
Developing frequent reports and delivering presentation on hypercare activities.
Establishing teams and processes, building team culture and support training in use of platforms and hypercare processes.
Forward planning and development of improved strategies or processes to enhance existing hypercare processes.
Analysis of agency data

Requirements

Australian Citizenship
Demonstrated team leadership
Experience in Jira and Confluence
Deep understanding of Project Management
