- Assist with the ongoing operation of our global IT attestation control framework.
- Support evidence collection and related activities to ensure a successful annual IT external audit.
- Assist with global access control initiatives for key SAP and Microsoft Business central ERP environments.
- Collaborate with the Data Analytics Manager to gather and analyse data across departments and develop new tests within our chosen data analytics platform (ACL).
- Complete all assigned IT audits in line with the agreed scope and objectives covering areas including but not limited to Cyber Security, Data Governance, IT Project Reviews.
- Build and maintain relationships with IT function-relevant internal stakeholders to maximise effectiveness, identify synergies and resolve audit issues.
- Assist with the completion of data analysis for investigation-based audits where practical.
- Deliver accurate, comprehensive, and timely reports on internal audit findings to relevant managers and executives.
- Attend to any other reasonable duties as directed by the CIA including assistance with global governance and Line 3 activities.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Proficient in business report writing.
- Project management skills with the ability to accurately scope out the length and difficulty of tasks and projects, setting clear objectives and goals.
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple and competing tasks and demands in a fast paced, pressured environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and good analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
