This rewarding role empowers customers to overcome challenges and achieve meaningful employment. You'll provide personalised support through individual and group sessions, manage your caseload, and facilitate positive employment outcomes. With an empathetic nature, you'll build relationships with diverse individuals, assess their needs, and identify supports to minimise barriers to sustainable employment. Adaptability in a changing environment is essential.Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level personalised support and service to customers
Manage your caseload
Achieve agreed objectives and targets
Criteria for Success
Customer service skills and/or experience
Proven experience working with vulnerable people
Previous experience in Community Services advantageous
Strong administration skills
Driven to achieve outcomes and KPIs
A current QLD blue card
A recent, clear National Police Check
