
PARTS INTERPRETER

- Handling inbound phone and email inquiries related to parts.
- Interpreting parts requirements for customers.
- Generating and presenting quotes, along with pricing submissions.
- Coordinating with head office and operational staff regarding parts availability.
- Managing delivery timeframes and customer expectations.
- Overseeing stock control and orders.
- At least 1 years of experience in parts interpreter (automotive, machinery, trucks or any other relatable parts experience)
- Cert III Automotive Parts Sales or experience on the job
- SAP experience (ideally)
- Current driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage stock efficiently
- Team player with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Commitment to workplace safety and compliance
- Competitive rate of $75k - $80k salary (negotiable on experience) + super + annual bonuses
- All training on equipment
- New RF system for warehouse management (if you're ever required to lend a hand)
