Location: Sydney - 2 day per week office attendanceAbout the Role:
A client of Talenza's is commencing an exciting 4 year program aimed at uplifting tools and operations processes in a key regulatory function.Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the implementation of workflow tool to track progress, manage RAID logs, and ensure visibility across the delivery lifecycle
- Drive the end-to-end delivery plan, including resource planning and milestone tracking
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Tech Leads to ensure alignment on scope, prioritization, and delivery outcomes
- Lead all core agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retros, reviews) and ensure smooth squad-level delivery
- Prior experience as a Scrum Master/ Delivery Lead within banking (must)
- Prior experience working on a program involving automation/workflow tool implementation (must)
- Excellent delivery experience within complex, cross-functional agile environments
- Prior experience working with operations teams (advantageous)
- Experience in tracking dependencies, and managing milestones
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, dynamic environments, and capable of influencing key stakeholders at all levels
