- High volume customer service calls & emails - 80 to 100 per day
- Register, process, file, and archive customer orders via phone, email, or digital systems
- Support the end-to-end order-to-cash process with precision and care
- Build excellent customer relationships through timely, clear communication
- Offer product and customer solutions, and suggest workflow improvements
- 1-2 year experience in customer service within a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail, effective communication, and a team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with SAP is highly advantageous
