- Supporting the sales process by highlighting product features and capabilities as best fits customer’s clinical requirements during demonstrations.
- Advising and assisting customers on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the provided equipment.
- Delivering clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to established organisational standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials, in accordance with education schedules developed in conjunction with the local sales team and education specialist.
- Developing in-depth knowledge of the local customer base and conducting regular customer touch point site visits.
- Providing first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering guidance and expertise when additional knowledge or experience is required.
- Working under general supervision and established processes, utilising independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Applying analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participating in customer escalations, complaints (both safety and non-safety related), and feedback processes, following agreed-upon protocols to accurately capture information and manage associated actions.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address customer concerns and enhance product performance.
- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of the organisation’s products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards to effectively support customers and provide informed recommendations.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organisation, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and optimise customer satisfaction.
- Engaging in moderately complex clinical or system applications assignments, following established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient execution of tasks.
- Post-graduate qualification in medical ultrasound.
- 2+ years’ experience as an accredited medical sonographer across a broad range of clinical areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- A valid driver's license.
