About the role
/h3Join the Coles Team as a supportive Team Leader in the Red Meat department of our Retail Ready Operations Australia function. You'll lead our Team Members and set a positive example by creating a safe working environment and drive operational efficiencies to ensure staff coverage and attendance.About you and your skills

Lead, coach, develop and inspire team members, building capability, driving accountability, and creating a great place to work
Conduct skills check and assess competency
Able to influence and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and team members
