Job DescriptionI am on the lookout for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Branch Manager to join and run my client's Mackay Branch om QLD! They are a leader and stalwart in the industrial rental landscape and are poised for significant growth!As a Branch Manager, you will be at the helm, responsible for orchestrating branch operations encompassing Sales, Administration, and Service Delivery. Your leadership will be instrumental in executing the strategic plan to create value and profitability that aligns seamlessly with the Group's overarching strategy and goals.Your Impact:

Lead a dedicated team of approximately 40 staff, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
Shape the future of your branch and drive it towards financial success.
Achieve and exceed budgeted sales and profitability targets.
Play a pivotal role in the Region's strategic planning process.
Contribute to the development and implementation of the Region's strategic plan and objectives in the Australian market.

Sales and Business Development: Develop sales plans, implement innovative sales strategies, and execute regional marketing initiatives to achieve targeted sales opportunities.

As a Branch Manager, you will champion safety within your region by implementing the Group Safety Program. Ensuring that all facets of the business adhere to their "Zero Harm" philosophy!I am looking for:

A strategic thinker who excels in planning and resource allocation.
A motivational leader capable of inspiring and coordinating business operations, driving business development and sales, and overseeing contract execution and supply chain.
An adept organiser, cost manager, and advocate for exceptional customer service.
A keen eye for identifying business opportunities and securing profitable contracts aligned with the broader business strategy.
A strong financial leader who has is able to manage and drive a successful P&L
Experience within the industrial services space with a focus on the rental market (industrial/commercial/construction/mining) will be highly advantageous
