We create city-sized solutions—building and operating safer, smarter, and more sustainable roads—to solve pressing transport challenges that are slowing cities down.About the RolesWe’re hiring two experienced Project Managers for 12-month engagements to lead high-impact initiatives within NorthConnex. Each role focuses on a different stream of work:
  • Role 1: Infrastructure & Cybersecurity Maturity
  • Role 2: Roadside Technology & ITS Systems
Both roles involve managing medium to large-scale projects from initiation through to service introduction, contributing to NorthConnex’s 5-year strategic roadmap.Key Responsibilities (common across both roles)
  • Lead end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams
  • Collaborate with sponsors and leadership to shape project outcomes
  • Ensure alignment with governance frameworks, budgets, and timelines
  • Manage risks, costs, schedules, and stakeholder engagement
  • Deliver solutions that provide immediate & future business value
Role 1: Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
  • Manage the cyber maturity uplift across roadside systems and networks
  • Oversee IT infrastructure life cycle upgrades and system integration
  • Ensure compliance with enterprise cyber security standards and frameworks
  • Develop project plans to align system integration efforts with strategic cyber security objectives
Role 2: Roadside Technology & ITS Systems
  • Deliver roadside technology and ITS integration life cycle upgrades
  • Coordinate with teams across Technology and ITS domains
  • Manage Operational Technology (OT) & IT systems infrastructure enhancements across road networks
  • Drive strategic system consolidation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
Skills & Experience (you may align with either stream)
  • Proven experience in project delivery within infrastructure, cybersecurity, or ITS/OT domains
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage complex, multi-stream projects
  • Familiarity with Project governance and service introduction/transition processes
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
