Finance Support Officer (Fixed Term Contract - One year Maternity Leave Cover)

You will assist in ensuring all day-to-day operational tasks are completed.Your communication and interpersonal skills will be of the highest standard, including the ability to identify and solve problems constructively, along with a history of administrative excellence. High quality computer skills are essential for this role with particular emphasis on accurate data entry. Previous experience in a community or health environment is desirable.Key Responsibilities
  • Handling of cash
  • Preparation and reconciliation of daily bank reports
  • Maintenance of debtor files
  • Daily batch processing
  • Point of contact for customer queries
