In this full-time permanent position, you will provide Distribution Centre (DC) operational planning support, maintain compliance by creating & managing weekly DC plans to meet Stock flow targets.What you will be doingDistribution Centre (DC) Planning & Operations
- Plan & Manage DC Operations: Develop & maintain weekly work plans, liaise with stakeholders, and monitor daily performance against targets.
- Drive Efficiency & Improvement: Identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline processes, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Data & Reporting: Analyse data for informed decision-making, report on DC KPIs, and ensure system data accuracy.
- Collaboration & Communication: Build relationships with key personnel, participate in meetings, and keep stakeholders informed.
- Comply with HSE regulations & contribute to safety objectives.
- Identify, eliminate & control workplace hazards.
- Monitor & report incidents, investigating root causes for improvement.
- Promote a positive safety culture & conduct HSE audits.
- Implement sustainable practices in line with company goals

- Proven success in a similar operational role and Retail logistics experience
- Warehouse operations & management systems knowledge
- Ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multi task in all aspects of this role
- A positive attitude with the flexibility to take on additional tasks and to adapt to the work day as required
