About Our ClientA multinational corporation aiming to establish an auction house within the current year, aspiring to rival renowned industry giants on a global scale.Job DescriptionReporting to the CEO, this person will be responsible for;Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that align with the strategic objectives including exploration of new markets, development of innovative services and expansion of the client base.Oversee and manage all operational functions, including auction operations, logistics, client services, ensuring the establishment and maintenance of efficient and effective processes to support the company's day-to-day activities. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Actively mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and capabilities in line with organizational objectives.Collaborate closely with the CFO to effectively manage the company's financial performance, encompassing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and the identification of opportunities for both cost optimisation and revenue generation.Proactively monitor potential risks to the business and develop comprehensive contingency plans to address them effectively.Solicit and integrate feedback from clients and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, implementing enhancements accordingly to maintain client satisfaction.Establish KPIs to monitor and track the company's operational performance, providing regular reports and updates to the executive team and board of directors to facilitate informed decision-making and strategic planning.The Successful ApplicantTo be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Proven leadership experience within an established auction house.
Extensive network and strong relationships within the luxury sector.
Demonstrated ability to engage with High Net Worth Individuals (HNWIs) on a global scale.
Proficiency in leading large-scale teams and operations, including both physical and online auction formats, with a comprehensive understanding of the associated challenges.
Willing to relocate to Dubai
