• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant certifications and 7+ years of experience in mechanical design, preferably in the packaging sector.
• Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed schematics and conducting simulations.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing methodologies and materials related to packaging machinery.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a creative approach to overcoming engineering challenges.
• Strong project management abilities, including coordinating team efforts and adhering to project timelines.
• Excellent communication skills for seamless collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
