- Intrastate (over 100kms) - up to $2,500
- Interstate - up to $5,000
- Overseas - up to $8,000
- Up to $350 per week up to 10 weeks; or
- 10 weeks interim GVH Accommodation (if available)
- Travel across the Goulburn Valley region working in home and clinic settings
- Work with clients, carers and families to provide practical solutions to promote independence and safety at home
- Develop goals and care plans to assist clients to remain at home and active in their local community
- Complete equipment prescriptions, home modifications, advise on pressure care management/ seating, develop in home and community based therapy based programs
- Work with a diverse range of clients and health conditions
- Participate in student training programs
- Participate in service development and quality improvement initiative
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy or equivalent and eligibility for membership of professional association
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Occupational Therapist
- Knowledge and experience in the delivery of Occupational Therapy services within home, group and community settings, including home modifications and prescription of assistive technology
- Knowledge of the service system and ability to liaise and advocate across the full spectrum of health and community care
- A clear / satisfactory National Disability Insurance Scheme Worker Screening (NDIS) Check upon commencement
