lifecycle, through to deal execution, and transaction integration. The goal is to help EY clients achieve their best capital performance, deliver value to their stakeholders and meet their strategic
objectives.Transaction Strategy and Execution is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic goals in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or

Your key responsibilitiesAs a Manager, you will support and deliver small-medium sized projects or components of large- scale complex projects. Manager level responsibilities include:
  • Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients
  • Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time
  • Analysing and evaluating a company's financials
  • Managing engagement teams and leading by the EY values
  • Acting as the main point of contact to our client
  • Reporting directly to Directors and Partners
  • Supporting in business development activities
  • Collaborating widely with the broader Strategy and Transactions division and other teams within EY
Skills and attributes for success

  • 4+ years of experience
  • Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
  • Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
  • Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
  • Motivated and committed with high EQ and low ego
  • Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus
