objectives.Transaction Strategy and Execution is a dedicated team within EY's Strategy and Transactions division that helps clients achieve their strategic goals in acquisitions and divestments.
We cover a wide range of operational aspects in a transaction, including synergy assessments, separation readiness and support, operational due diligence and supporting the integration or

- Developing and presenting key deliverables to clients
- Identifying key client risks, issues and mitigating these ahead of time
- Analysing and evaluating a company's financials
- Managing engagement teams and leading by the EY values
- Acting as the main point of contact to our client
- Reporting directly to Directors and Partners
- Supporting in business development activities
- Collaborating widely with the broader Strategy and Transactions division and other teams within EY

- 4+ years of experience
- Advanced problem-solving skills, curiosity and creative thinking
- Demonstrated aptitude for quantitative and qualitative analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in delivering high-quality reports and presentations
- Adept at building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and clients
- Motivated and committed with high EQ and low ego
- Proficient at Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Transaction or organisational transformation experience is a plus
