You’ll manage a caseload of residents and assess, plan and implement individualised treatment programs to support personal goals, needs and preferences.Each day will bring a new challenge and opportunity to make a difference in a resident’s life. You’ll use evidence-based assessments to support and promote innovative methods of care delivery. You’ll working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure outcomes for plans and provide clinical expertise, ensuring a high-quality service to all residents.About youYou’ll have a strong passion in supporting elderly residents reach their full potential and have demonstrated experience in assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating resident care.In addition, you will also possess:

Bachelor of Physiotherapy
Registration with AHPRA
Adaptability and ability to deal with changing or unexpected situations
Ability to effectively use client management and IT systems including Microsoft Office Suite
Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
