- Lead a team of commercial project managers, fostering a culture of trust, integrity, and compliance with PM@Siemens and Business Conduct Guidelines.
- Represent the Victoria portfolio in internal and external decision boards.
- Support the Region Business Manager in risk and opportunity assessment, strategy development, and response planning.
- Act as Commercial Project Manager for major projects within the portfolio.
- Ensure accuracy of project books and records, and compliance with IFRS.
- Optimise portfolio gross profit and cash flow through effective financial management and use of financing instruments.
- Communicate with customer and subcontractor commercial representatives to resolve issues.
- Liaise with Contract Management to drive positive claim outcomes and establish proactive contract and claim strategies.
- A degree in Business, Commerce, Accounting, or Economics.
- Experience in project-based organisations and project accounting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships.
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel.
- A mindset focused on process improvement and customer-centric outcomes.
- PM@Siemens Senior CPM certification (preferred).
