- 6+ years' PQE in abuse, institutional, or complex insurance litigation (SA-Partner level).
- Expertise in historical sexual abuse and sensitive institutional claims.
- Proven ability to manage high-value, multi-party litigation with autonomy.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on mentoring junior lawyers.
- Commercially astute with the ability to build client relationships and contribute to practice growth.
