- Facilitating the weekly collection, entry, and validation of payroll data. Working with the payroll team to ensure smooth and accurate payment processing.
- Streamlining the process of both customer and supplier invoices. Managing the entire invoice lifecycle from receipt to finalisation.
- You'll be comfortable working with various software programs, including Excel and SAP.
- Understand the SAP system configuration and verify data accuracy for reliable reporting.
- Create, monitor, and manage purchase orders to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Strong knowledge of SAP
- Communication Skills (Written & Verbal)
- Ability to interpret award and EBA's for payroll purposes.
- Sound time management skills
