Lead and inspire: Coach, develop, and motivate your team to exceed KPIs and grow their careers.
Drive results: Maintain strong inventory accuracy, control shrinkage, and optimize stock availability to maximize sales.
Customer first: Ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time - in-store and online.
Optimize operations: Oversee replenishment, stock-to-floor turnaround, and back-of-house standards.
Champion culture & safety: Foster a high-energy, engaged, and safety-first environment.

What you bring

Proven leadership in retail or a related operational role.
Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
Ability to manage high-volume operations and multiple priorities.
Excellent people leadership - structured and supportive.
Experience with accounts receivable or financial processes desirable.
A passion for driving results and building a customer-centric team.
