- Make a direct, measurable impact on client financial success
- Build, onboard, and lead a high-performing Relationship Management team
- Personally manage a portfolio of subscription clients
- Design and implement SOPs, onboarding, and service frameworks
- Deliver budgeting and financial accountability coaching through scheduled check-ins
- Monitor client engagement, retention rates, and team KPIs
- Work closely with internal teams including Finance, Client Services, and Property
- Promote a strong team culture focused on client outcomes and continuous improvement
- 5+ years of experience in relationship management, client advisory, or financial coaching
- Previous experience leading or building service-based teams
- Solid knowledge of budgeting, finance, or lending (preferred)
- Strong communicator and remote team motivator
- Track record of driving retention, satisfaction, or NPS outcomes
- Comfortable managing systems, building SOPs, and creating team processes
- Passion for helping clients improve their financial future
- Enjoy a blend of leadership and direct client work
- Thrive in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
- Are comfortable working from home and leading a distributed team over Zoom
- Haven’t led or managed a team before
- Prefer purely strategic or back-end roles
- Are not comfortable being on video calls with team members and clients daily
