AWX is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Labourers to join our dynamic team in Cairns and surrounding areas. We offer exciting short- and long-term opportunities across a variety of industries including landscaping, civil and building construction, warehousing and manufacturing for applicants that are self-motivated and bring a positive CAN DO attitude to the team.
These roles will be on a Casual basis as needed by our clients. You need to have the ability to commence immediately. A main requirement is for people who fit our culture with a positive "CAN DO" attitude and be self-motivated.ROLE REQUIREMENTS
  • Current Drivers Licence
  • Own Transport
  • Current Construction White Card
  • Must reside in the Cairns area
  • Demonstrated Labouring Experience
GENERIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Own PPE including long sleeve high vis, hard hat, steel capped boots and safety glasses
  • Physically capable for manual duties
  • Ability to work long hours
  • A quick learner who can think on their feet
  • Reliable and flexible
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work unsupervised and with others
