- Salary ASO-4 $75,430 - $79,070 p.a.
- Permanent, temporary, casual positions available with various hours including part-time
- Timely and accurate translation of medical and procedural terminology into International Classification of Diseases (Current Edition) Australian Modification (ICD-10-AM) and Australian Classification for Health Interventions (ACHI), for use in statistical analysis, epidemiology, hospital planning, research, and the auditing of quality of patient care. Fully experienced and qualified coders contribute significantly to the assignment of Australian Refined Diagnosis Related Groups (AR-DRGs) upon which Activity Based Funding and case mix for inpatients are dependent.
