The RoleWe're looking for an experienced and highly organised Executive Assistant to support our Director, Audio.You'll coordinate the daily activities of the office, including management of incoming internal and external enquiries and correspondence, responding as appropriate. You will also manage the diary and schedules, co-ordinate meetings, appointments, presentations and travel itineraries for the Director.Acting as the first point of contact and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director, you will also plan and coordinate staff engagement and stakeholder activities including staff meetings, conferences, workshops, informal gatherings, and planning days.This is a key role for someone who thrives on managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, travel, and key events, and supporting strategic initiatives across a fast-paced creative division.Position Description:About YouWe're seeking a confident communicator with exceptional organisational skills, strong digital literacy, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters with discretion.This role requires someone with a commitment to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and values-driven workplace, who is able to collaborate with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
