- Expert knowledge and hands-on experience developing with document automation, databases, AI document review, collaboration and workflow platforms for legal and business use cases. Develops proof-of-concepts for new services and solutions capable of being deployed to clients. Able to effectively train team members in these systems, and capable of resolving all queries and challenges raised.
- Training and experience using Microsoft SharePoint and PowerPlatform (including PowerBI, PowerAutomate and PowerApps) or similar software. Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, including building macros, pivot tables, and formulas. Experience in business analysis (BA) and/or project management methodologies.
- Experience with legal technology platforms is desirable, such as HighQ Collaborate, Contract Express, Kira, Intralinks, Avvoka, Ansarada, Atticus, Harvey, RelativityOne and ContractPodAI.
- Takes the lead in client and matter management. Builds exceptional client relationships and helps the firm to secure, retain and cross-sell to clients. Recognised internally and externally as a leading subject matter expert on digital services and seeks to assist clients and internal stakeholders understand the benefits of the services we provide in a professional and insightful manner. Generates and follows through on ideas for marketing and business development activities.
