As an Anaesthetic Staff Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the Director in the delivery of high-quality care. Your responsibilities will include providing expert anaesthetic services and contributing to the clinical excellence of the department.The department offers comprehensive anaesthesia services across a broad spectrum of specialties, including orthopaedics, trauma, general surgery, gynaecology, obstetrics, paediatrics, ENT, dental procedures, electroconvulsive therapy (ECT), and endoscopy. It also provides dedicated services such as a pre-assessment clinic, an acute pain management service, and an obstetric epidural service.
In addition, the department actively supports the hospital’s trauma and cardiac arrest response teams.As an accredited training facility, the department is committed to education and professional development. You will be expected to contribute to the supervision, mentorship, and training of junior medical staff and trainees, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Uniquely positioned to offer the perfect work-life balance.
