As a valued member of our event team, you'll play a key part in creating a fun, safe, and memorable experience for thousands of sports lovers. Whether you're welcoming guests, managing queues, handing out flyers & goodies or supporting behind the scenes, your energy and professionalism will help make the festival a success.Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist attendees with directions and general info
  • Support exhibitors and vendors
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assist with event setup and pack-down
What We're Looking For:
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
  • Punctual, reliable, and proactive
  • Previous event or customer service experience is a bonus
  • Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods
Shift Details:
  • Casual shift on Saturday, 06 September 2025
  • Should be available between 06pm - 11pm
