- Lead, train, and inspire the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service, maintain high performance standards, and foster a positive team culture.
- Ensure staff are fully knowledgeable about the menu, dietary requirements, allergens, and current promotions, enabling them to confidently engage with guests and maximise sales opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate guest satisfaction through feedback and service reviews, implementing continuous improvements to enhance the overall dining experience.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant leadership experience in a food and beverage outlet.
- Strong knowledge of a variety of beverages including beer, wine, spirits and cocktails.
