- You’re a commercially minded builder who builds trust quickly with a consultative approach and handles objections confidently and closes well.
- You’ve sold software, ideally with exposure to construction or building services.
- Familiarity with Revit, CAD or BIM-centric workflows helps.
- You’re credible with technical buyers, strong in prospecting, confident around pricing and business cases, and you’ve helped build early GTM processes like playbooks, enablement and hiring.
- You’re fluent in HubSpot for pipeline, automation and reporting.
