- Proven record of delivering multi-year commercial growth in a product or category leadership role
- Direct experience with P&L accountability and strategic category management
- Background in omni-channel sales strategy, with demonstrable results in both physical and digital environments
- Strong track record of innovation, from concept through to commercialisation
- Exceptional influencing skills across diverse stakeholder groups
- Experience of both online and offline sales
- A track record in developing and implementing effective sales and procurement strategies to achieve business objectives and growth
- Self-awareness with a commitment to ongoing personal and professional development
- Computer literacy includes advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
