- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, including mentoring less experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners

- Considerable experience working as a Behaviour Support Practitioner for a registered NDIS provider OR have obtained suitability at the Proficient or Advanced level via the self-assessment application pathway with the NDIS Commission
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication, written and verbal, skills
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Genuine passion for working in the disability sector and mentoring less experienced practitioners
