From front line R&D through to Sales, Marketing, and Service, they all share the same focus of creating the highest and most enjoyable experiences possible.Your Role:As a Field Service Technician you will join a team that plays a critical role in delivering products to customers. Working closely with the Sales, Marketing and Manufacturing Warehouse teams, you will be responsible for delivering on-site installation, maintenance, and repair services for equipment and systems at customer locations, ensuring optimal performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with safety and quality standards.Reporting to the Service Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:Installing, configuring, and testing equipment at customer sitesDiagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, or software issuesPerforming scheduled maintenance and emergency repairsMaintaining accurate service records and documentationManaging inventory of tools, spare parts, and service kitsMaintaining technical knowledge of company productsMaintaining working knowledge of compliance requirementsEducating customers on equipment usage and basic troubleshootingEnsuring compliance with safety protocols and company standardsCollaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issuesProviding feedback on recurring issues and suggesting improvementsTravelling to customer sites across SydneyNote: Start time is typically between 7am to 8am, however, earlier starts between 5am & 6am may be required on some occasionsESSENTIAL Skills & Experience:Previous experience servicing & installing gaming machinesCurrent Gaming Machine Technician LicenceValid driver’s license and willingness to travelMS office skillsPhysically able to perform manual handling | lifting & stand for long periods of timeTo Apply: Please email your resume toFeel free to contact Anna on 0426 588 244 if you have any questions.
