- Responsible for delivery of Aon client service to Specialty clients
- Develop and manage innovative, high value, best-in-class solutions, services, capabilities, and expertise across Credit Solutions.
- The position will suit someone who thrives in developing a network of partners in both local and international markets.
- Responsible for the retention and growth of Aon clients, including sales strategy development and execution, with a focus on the development and execution of Delivering Aon United strategies.
- Contributes, develops, and delivers the Aon Credit Solutions Products & Broking Strategy.
- Building out a business plan for Aon’s Surety Solutions business in Australia.
- Oversees the product management and development of new credit products that are of importance to the Australian market and clients. Keeps pulse on emerging business opportunities to evaluate the potential for new service offerings.
- Collaborates with Aon colleagues and third-party partners (e.g., carriers) to ensure clients receive solutions that meet their needs. Proactively builds strategic external partnerships and relationships to fulfill client needs.
- Actively works with the construction and mining industry practice groups (IPGs) to deliver surety solutions that add to the IPG value propositions
- Implementation of strategies to acquire new clients and grow existing client accounts.
- Designs and delivers marketing activities linked to overall regional business plan and global Solution Line messaging.
- Delivers a set of best-in-class offerings consistent with global priorities.
- Drives growth, innovation, performance standards and capability building.
- Mentor and develop the broader surety team.

- Expertise in credit products/, including but not limited to surety and structured credit – able to exemplify “the best of Aon” with clients, at conferences, in publications, etc. and deep familiarity with latest thinking in domain.
