Our purpose is to create tangible value for our clients, shoulder to shoulder, from strategy through to execution, enabled by technology and deep operational expertise to facilitate, growth, efficiency, resilience and sustainability.Your OpportunityAs a member if our Enterprise Advisory Oracle Practice, the Service Delivery Manager (Associate Director) will play a critical role by:
  • Ownership of the Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM and HCM based managed services engagements, managing the day-to-day delivery effort and work of the delivery team.
  • Support your clients manage the ongoing health and evolution of their Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Lead the planning and delivery of an ongoing program of initiatives to support, manage and enhance the BAU solution that was delivered during implementation.
  • Drive greater returns for customers from their initial Oracle Cloud investments and working with senior client stakeholders to deliver these outcomes.
  • Articulate how technology solutions can create new streams of value in a business, and defining associated technology execution roadmaps as part of an ongoing managed services contract.
  • Lead and coach a team of managed services consultants on client engagements, whilst acting as a mentor to enable team members to grow their capabilities, careers and client impact.
  • Play an active role in go to market activities, including the creation of compelling and differentiated value propositions on new business development pursuits.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud managed services and actively engage with the implementation teams to ensure a smooth and seamless transition from delivery to managed services.

  • You have a broad working knowledge and experience implementing the Oracle Fusion ERP suite and its application to address business challenges.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of contemporary Cloud stacks (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
  • Possess a comprehensive working knowledge of the Oracle ERP Cloud and PaaS licensing models.
  • Proven experience in effectively planning and managing teams for specific outcomes.
  • Background in Management Consulting or an ability to demonstrate a background in significant technology transformation initiatives coupled with internal facing consulting services.
  • You have a background in technology, with strong program management experience.
