We are looking for a talented National Franchise Development Manager to join the team at a leading QSR franchiseThe Client: I am representing a well-established and rapidly growing QSR franchise with a strong presence across Australia. Their brand is synonymous with quality, innovation, and exceptional customer service.The Role: As the National Franchise Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding their franchise network. You will be responsible for identifying and developing new franchise opportunities, as well as supporting existing franchisees to drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and onboard new franchisees
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing franchisees
Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchisees to ensure their success
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to drive brand awareness and customer loyalty

Requirements:

Proven experience in franchise development or business development, preferably in the QSR industry
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
Knowledge of franchise laws and regulations
A proactive and results-driven approach
Willingness to travel as required
