- Partner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic sourcing and hiring outcomes

- Lead end-to-end recruitment for key and hard-to-fill roles
- Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutions
- Coach and support hiring managers through best-practice processes
- Drive campaign-based recruitment across multiple disciplines
- Manage candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding
- Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines
- Reduce third-party dependency with proactive sourcing strategies
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives
- 5+ years’ in recruitment – internal or agency
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Proven success recruiting technical or leadership roles
- Comfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
- Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATS
- Highly organised, with a customer-first mindset
- WA Driver’s Licence (Class C or C-A)
- Experience recruiting engineers, professionals, or electrical trades
- Previous exposure to large commercial or infrastructure organisations
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related discipline
