- Contribute to the customer solutions strategy
- Developing client and supplier relationships
- Ensuring successful delivery of RFP's and quotations including research, accurate and compelling content
- Support in the proposal build stages and budget creation
- Supplier engagement, innovation and negotiation
- Experience in events industry/group travel industry in Operations and Account Management
- A desire to move into a key leadership role
- Sound knowledge of procurement, product and market trends and negotiating skills
- Technical proficiency with CRM and data analysis
- High proficiency in MS Office
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
