  • Participates in developing and implementing assurance processes.
  • Collects, catalogues, and stores relevant performance data and undertake analysis of it, including drafting of performance and investigation reports, and associated correspondence.
  • Supports the monitoring and investigation of the non-financial performance of Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC). This includes monitoring the implementation of reforms associated with recent major reviews.
  • Contributes to all of the Performance Monitoring team's activities including administrative support for meetings such as drafting agendas and taking minutes.
  • Ongoing, full-time VPS4 opportunity.

The Performance Monitoring Officer will contribute to a range of IGEM assurance activities, with a particular focus outlined in the key accountabilities.Please be aware that this role may expose you to traumatic events, but in a supported environment with appropriate mental health support processes and training.About You:This role is ideal for someone with:
  • Experience in conducting performance monitoring, evaluations, and reviews
  • Research, analysis, and investigative skills
  • A working knowledge of risk management principles
  • Demonstrated ability to use and maintain information systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector would be an advantage, specifically, emergency services telecommunications
  • Ability to apply risk management principles to determine most effective assurance activities
  • A willingness to provide administrative support to the team as required.
