- Participates in developing and implementing assurance processes.
- Collects, catalogues, and stores relevant performance data and undertake analysis of it, including drafting of performance and investigation reports, and associated correspondence.
- Supports the monitoring and investigation of the non-financial performance of Triple Zero Victoria (000VIC). This includes monitoring the implementation of reforms associated with recent major reviews.
- Contributes to all of the Performance Monitoring team's activities including administrative support for meetings such as drafting agendas and taking minutes.
- Ongoing, full-time VPS4 opportunity.
- Experience in conducting performance monitoring, evaluations, and reviews
- Research, analysis, and investigative skills
- A working knowledge of risk management principles
- Demonstrated ability to use and maintain information systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the emergency management sector would be an advantage, specifically, emergency services telecommunications
- Ability to apply risk management principles to determine most effective assurance activities
- A willingness to provide administrative support to the team as required.
