Reporting to the Senior F&A Manager, you will oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting, deliver insightful management reporting, and support the development of the strategic narrative.In this key role, you'll take ownership of the month-end close process for the Pharmacy & Retail Commercial Finance team, lead the preparation of the Retail quarterly business review, and support future-state forecasting and scenario analysis to drive strategic decision-making.If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and thrive in a fast-paced, commercial environment - this could be the role for you!What you'll bring:

Extensive experience in a fast-paced, high-performing environment; retail, FMCG, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
Experience in FP&A roles focused on performance insights, business planning, and budgeting.
Strong ability to provide value-added commercial advice to senior management.
Proven success in building partnerships between support and business functions.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills; be curious.
Experience in facilitating cross-functional team alignment.
Ability to inspire and lead by example.
CPA/CA qualification.
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance.
