Position Overview:On a short term engagement our client is seeking a ServiceNow Platform specialist to work across key enhancements on their PPM tool, you will play a pivotal role in driving forward our system enhancement project. You will work closely with our clients team to understand requirements, design robust solutions, and oversee their implementation within a tight time frame. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Service Now professional to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of their project. 3 days on site and 2 days work from home.Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope for system enhancements within the ServiceNow PPM tool.
Design scalable and efficient solutions that leverage the full capabilities of the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
Lead the implementation of system enhancements, working closely with development teams to ensure successful delivery within the 3-month time frame.
Provide technical guidance and expertise to junior team members, helping to accelerate the project timeline.
Conduct regular reviews and assessments of the ServiceNow platform to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Extensive experience working with the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on the PPM tool.
Strong architectural skills, with the ability to design complex solutions that align with business goals and requirements.
ServiceNow certification(s) in Architect or related areas is highly desirable.
