A National leader in their field experiencing tremendous growth! Our client works Nationwide with some of Australia’s largest sporting venues, theatres and performing arts centre’s across the Audio Visual Events space!
Our client’s customers include sporting venues, stadiums, theatres, performing arts centre’s, houses of worship, schools, public precincts/conference centres, corporate facilities, parliaments, TV studios and councils.For you:

- 8am – 4pm shift

- Coordinate the administration for recruitment, onboarding, training, and offboarding.
- Respond to employee enquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
- Maintain accurate Human Resource (HR) and Work Health & Safety (WHS) databases and systems.
- Prepare, update, and review HR documentation: contracts, policies, correspondence, and procedures.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, events, and take minutes.
- Prepare reports on HR, WHS, and general admin activities.
- Data entry of candidate an customer information into the organisations CRM
- Coordinate administration for cyclical and ad hoc projects: compliance training, performance reviews, etc.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including travel bookings for fly in fly out trades people.
- Maintain a professional image and clear communication with external stakeholders.
- Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.
- Collaborate with other staff to achieve team and company goals.
- Follow Work Health and Safety guidelines and uphold company values.
To be successful in obtaining this role you will also have the following:
- 1+ years’ experience in a HR administrator role OR a recent HR graduate with internship experience
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or currently studying
- Compliance reporting experience
- This role welcomes those with experience in an administrative or HR support.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and customer-focused approach
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
