
HAZMAT Field Consultant

- Full-time
- Conduct in-field sampling and inspections of ACM, mould, meth, lead paint, and other HAZMAT
- Complete and submit Chain of Custody (CoC) documentation for laboratory analysis
- Perform air monitoring and clearance inspections post-ACM removal
- Prepare samples and assist laboratory teams
- Work alongside Senior Field Consultants to progress daily worklists of testing and inspections
- Record findings and assist in reporting via our Octfolio analytics platform
- Assist Environmental & OH teams as required
- Write concise, accurate reports for clients and peer review
- Travel across QLD and interstate, including occasional night shifts and weekends
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Science, or related field
- Licensed Asbestos Assessor accreditation (or willingness to obtain — full training provided)
- Open driver’s licence & Construction White Card
- QLD Blue Card (Working with Children)
- Advanced Microsoft Office 365 skills
- Right to work in Australia
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to work under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
