Maintenance Fitter – Day Shift | Tamworth | Very Competitive SalaryWe are currently seeking a trade-qualified, multi-skilled Maintenance Fitter to join a high-performing manufacturing facility in Tamworth. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and repair a variety of manufacturing equipment
Carry out both scheduled and time-critical breakdown maintenance
Ensure compliance with OH&S and safety management practices
Assist with maintenance planning to reduce downtime and meet production targets
Work with computer-based maintenance systems (experience highly regarded)
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Maintenance Department

What You’ll Need:

Mechanical trade qualification (essential)
Strong knowledge of OH&S and Environmental Policies
Experience with preventative maintenance programs and maintenance KPIs
Good computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office and CMMS systems preferred
Ability to work under pressure and communicate clearly with production teams
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Current driver’s licence and forklift (HRW) licence
Boiler license (preferred but not essential)
