This role plays a key part in coordinating, designing, and implementing training initiatives that enhance staff capabilities, promote a culture of continuous learning and align with RANSW’s technical practice requirements, purpose, and values. You’ll work closely with P&C, to ensure that our training programs are relevant, impactful, and compliant with industry standards.
In addition, you’ll
  • Coordinate, schedule, and deliver internal and external training sessions, ensuring alignment with RANSW’s learning objectives.
  • Assist in creating and customising training materials and support managers in identifying and addressing learning gaps.
  • Maintain and update training records on HRIS, LMS, and SharePoint systems, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness, recommending improvements to enhance program quality.

  • Flexible work options available, based at Macquarie Park on Wednesday’s

What you’ll bring
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Learning & Development, Business Admin, or a related field; Cert IV in Training & Assessment is valued
  • Experience in L&D or a similar role with a focus on training coordination and facilitation
  • Experience in creating L&D content based on capability frameworks and using HRIS/LMS and SharePoint systems.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, adapt to change, and drive continuous improvement
