- Developing menus, calculating food expenses, and sourcing ingredients
- Overseeing the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation stages
- Cooking and presenting quality food to demanding clients.
- Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Kitchen
- Work with the Store owner to manage stock control and production expenses.
- Storing food in temperature-regulated environments
- Some staff supervision and training
- Demonstrated passion for cooking.
- Possession of a highly relevant Certificate IV (or equivalent)
- At least 2 years post qualification experience
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced/flexible environment.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights
