- Strategic Advisory: Lead executive conversations on security, compliance, and risk.
- Customer Growth: Collaborate with Account Managers and BDMs to uncover and qualify security opportunities, assess customer readiness, and define strategies for adopting security solutions.
- Value Realisation: Help customers maximise ROI and define business-aligned security roadmaps.
- Partner Ecosystem: Strengthen relationships with key vendors to drive co-sell opportunities and joint campaigns
- Engagement: Lead workshops, demos, and discovery sessions to uncover pain points and business challenges.
- Enablement & Leadership: Educate sales teams, align plans with practice capacity, and lead CBS's security GTM strategy.
- Thought Leadership: Represent CBS at industry events and showcase security expertise in the market
- Strategy: Partner with regional sales managers to align sales plans with the strategic direction of the business division.
- Minimum 8 years' experience in the IT industry, with at least 8 years in sales, consultancy, or solution sales roles
- Demonstrated success selling security solutions and complex offerings that deliver tangible business outcomes
- Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work to strict timeframes, deadlines, and budgets in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to leverage vendor partnerships to shape solutions and deliver compelling presentations
- Deep understanding of the IT solution sales and project delivery lifecycle
- Awareness of both client business and technical requirements and their IT environment
