- Design, develop, and document custom solutions using Dynamics 365 CRM (on-prem) platform
- Develop and maintain custom workflows, plug-ins, and custom actions
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications to meet specific business needs
- Continue to develop the system to meet the organizations requirements of its strategic plan and investment management framework.
- Integrate with other systems for the purposes of allowing applying/reporting by the organizations researcher stakeholders.
- Supplier key personnel should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 design, with additional development experience (ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript).
- Supplier key personnel should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with configuring and customising Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience with Microsoft Dynamics modules, not limited to Field Service, Customer Service, and Marketing modules.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience with integrating Microsoft Dynamics 365 with other software solutions using Azure Stack.
- Supplier key personnel should have hands-on experience in C#, REST, Web API and Azure technologies.
- Supplier key personnel should have hands-on experience in DevOps for Dynamics 365 using Azure DevOps build and Release pipelines.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in reporting for Dynamics 365, integration with Dynamics 365.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience in developing Dynamics CRM custom workflows, plug-in creation and creation of custom integration solutions with third-party vendors.
- Supplier key personnel should have experience with MS VSTS/Azure DevOps.
