Known for high-quality outcomes and long-term client relationships, this builder is a go-to name for government and private sector works across metro and regional WA.Due to several new project wins, they are seeking a proven Site Manager to lead the delivery of a new $10m government construction project north of the river.What's on offer:

A stable builder with a strong pipeline and repeat clients
$140k to $160k + super
Fully maintained company vehicle + fuel

Your background:

Trade qualified carpenter, engineer, or similar industry relevant qualification
Experience delivering multi-storey projects $5M+ as a Site Manager in WA
Strong understanding of Australian Standard construction methods and regulations
Ability to manage trades, subcontractors, safety and QA
Capable of driving programs while maintaining build quality
Great communicator with a proactive attitude
